TJ Dance often participates in the Riverview Education Foundations Health and Wellness Expo, otherwise known as "Turkey Trot." The last couple of years we have offered performances and an information booth and lots of fun little surprises for those that visit our booth! As to Recital 08....Huge Thanks... Jamie Walters (our costume distributor DIVA & teacher at TJ Dance) delivered costumes daily and things went as well as could have been be expected (costume companies like to keep us hanging by threads when it gets close to recital time!)! Jamie made it look easy - tidy - and organized! It's a huge project to take on and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts!!! Margie too has been on the phone or faxing companies daily trying to get everything in order by May 30th - picture day! Some companies fell through - we will never order from them again - and thanks to all of you that scrambled and made things work! TJ Dance "Thank You" Oyster(we're hoping oysters are safe to eat this year!) /Chicken is coming up this August 2nd at 5PM. Thanks to all of our volunteers and helpers! This bbq is always in honor of all of you! Our dancers, our teachers and other important workers, our friends, our volunteers... All of you! We wouldn't be here for 24 years without you! Sonics game on Jan 23rd 2007, was SO much fun!!! Our dancers were awesome and Thanks so much to Michelle Flanigan (Sonics Director) for surprising us at half time with confetti, the Sonics Mascot, the lights and the recognition! It was so fun! Natalie, Chelsea, Brittani, Cori & Ileah attended the "Sonics Workshop" on January 20th 2007 and then performed at half time at the Sonics Game Tuesday, January 23rd!!!They were wonderful and fun was had by all! SONIC'S WORSHOP! - what fun!!! January 8th, 2006 13 TJ Dancer's went to Seattle and danced with the Sonic's dancers. John even got to dance with the group of "Break Dancers". It was lots of fun and we learned LOTS! The dancers then preformed at the Sonic's game on Wednesday night January 11th. How cool is that?  Sonics workshop 06 
August 17th 2006 - some of us went to the Stanwood Merril Gardens to entertain the seniors at the center! What FUN! We felt so very appreciated and we thank Wally for the invitation! Fall 2006 - Thanks to the wonderful team of "Business Consultants" (John, Brenda, Penny, Duwayne & Rita) that worked with us in November and December 2005 - helping us focus and look towards the future... We can never thank them enough for all the time and care they put into looking into what we do. They did it with such respect - it humbled us! They called it: TJ DANCE - "RIDING THE WAVE OF CHANGE" The TJ Dance Open House This year open house is September 6th - schedule coming soon! Last year's went very well on Friday September 8th, 2006 from 4 to 8 PM TJ Dance is located at 14701 NE Main #C2 in the DuvallTechCenter. The studio phone is 425-844-9086. Thanks teachers and dancers! TJ Dance welcomed everyone (new and old dancers) to our OPEN HOUSE - we offered free classes continually, our teachers were introduced and the studio was explored! Duvall, WA 98019 John's Workshops in 2006 were so fun! He has a new job now and is experiencing some wonderful travels! He'll let us know next time he can fit in a workshop one of these days! Thanks so much for all the wondeful fun John! And the best of luck on the new job! John has a background extensive in ballet training, but his true love is Hip Hop & Break Dancing! Last month's workshop ROCKED!!! The dancers were glowing, sweating, laughing and feeling accomplished! John is so amazing and even if you've never danced he can show you just how FUN dance can be! Dancers - Please tell everyone about this workshop! The class is for Grade 7 and up to Adults. John covered everything from the basic warm ups, enjoying the music we dance to, listening to the counts, feeling the music and mostly having FUN!  
Recital 2007 was a wonderful success! Thanks to everyone that attended, danced and helped! Each one of you shined and pictures will be up soon! Please note - next year's recital dates are in place! While construction goes on at Cedarcrest - we'll be at Tolt on June 21st - just one day of shows, but we'll try to do other performances in the area like we did this year! That was FUN!
